ABOUT ME
I'm Nancy
 
I am a somatic exercise facilitator, women's empowerment retreat host, and psychology student who has overcome many challenges to inspire you today.
I owe my mental and physical well-being and inner peace to somatic practices. Reconnecting with my body has helped me to overcome a PTSD diagnosis, live well with a depressive mood disorder called PMDD and reverse the chronic pain I was living with that my doctor coined the onset of fibromyalgia.
I believe that when we reconnect the mind and body with agency and self-compassion, our inner peace lives there.
My purpose is to help you rediscover the life you crave and deserve to live with somatic practices.
