✨ Tuesday–Friday: You practice with easy-to-follow pre-recorded demos in your member area to build consistency and confidence.
✨ Saturday & Sunday: Choose to rest or continue your practice as your body feels ready.
Learn 8 gentle somatic exercises that focus on the slow, mindful contraction and release of muscle groups. These exercises are designed to reset high resting muscle tension that contributes to the physical symptoms of stress, like chronic pain, tightness, fatigue, and nervous system dysregulation.
In addition to movement, you’ll also learn about your body’s natural stress cycle—what it is, how it works, and how to move through it, so you can better understand what your body truly needs to come back into balance.
