These sessions are for the cycle breakers who know they are ready to move forward and are overwhelmed with where to even start. This is an opportunity to stop spinning your wheels in the mud and gain some real traction towards the regulation you are working towards.  Together, we’ll create a safe, structured path to help you embody the ease, clarity, and connection you’ve been craving.


Somatic Reset Sessions
These sessions are designed for women living with high resting muscle tension, which contributes to nervous system dysregulation and the physical manifestations of stress. 
You will learn how to release and reset muscle tension through specific movements based on Thomas Hanna’s clinical somatics.
Each session will guide and support you through short, specific exercises that gently retrain your body to release unnecessary tension, restore ease of movement, and signal safety to your nervous system.

These exercises can help to
✨ Relieve chronic pain
✨ Improve mobility
✨ Reduce physical stress such as: Jaw clenching, tension headaches, eye twitching and more
✨ Help retrain and regulate your nervous system to return to rest and digest

Each session includes
🌿 A consultation
🌿 1-2 somatic exercises
🌿 Online access to pre-recorded videos of each of the exercises for at-home practice



Intuitive Stress Release Session 
In these sessions, I guide you in tuning into and reconnecting with the language of your body, strengthening your embodied intuition and helping you discover the answers, messages, and wisdom your body holds. You will have a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for emotional and physical stress energy to express and release, leaving you feeling connected, lighter and grounded. These sessions are exploratory by nature and can take many forms as we work with where you are and what naturally arises.
