Even after therapy, I still felt stuck in stress and overwhelm until I found somatic practices and nervous system education. That’s when everything shifted.
Through somatic work, I began to reset my nervous system and ease the symptoms my body was stuck in:

Even though I knew I was meant for more, knowing this truth deep in my bones and getting there was an easier thought than done.
After a nervous breakdown, I spent four years jumping through every wellness hoop, hoping for a magic fix. I learned that healing isn’t a one-time event but a journey of expanding into the next version of your authentic self.
Even after years of therapy, I felt better in so many ways, but I was still stuck in cycles of stress and overwhelm, living with the physical symptoms of dysregulation.
That’s where somatic practices, the nervous system, and education came in.
Through somatic practices, I began to reset my nervous system and ease the symptoms that my physical body was stuck in:
✨ Chronic pain
✨ Muscle tension, clenching, and cramping (eye twitches, jaw tension, achy hips and legs)
✨ 3 a.m. wake-ups and restless sleep
✨ Overwhelm, triggers, and agitation from everyday stressors
✨ Brain fog, mental and physical fatigue and disconnection
And started to experience the gift of life that comes from living in a state of rest and digest, where we are designed to be for most of the time.
