After the workshop, you'll receive a series of guided videos, each just 10–15 minutes long, making it easy to weave into your daily routine.
You’ll be guided to practice daily for the first two months to help reset your body’s stress patterns. After that, you can continue using the exercises for ongoing support and maintenance.
An easy-to-follow outline will be provided during the workshop and available in the app, so you’ll always know what to do and when.
