I’m not just guiding this work... I’ve lived it.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your body, overwhelmed with where to start, caught in survival mode, and exhausted from trying everything only to still feel lost.
My healing journey hasn’t been linear. I’ve lived with PTSD, chronic stress, depressive mood disorder called PMDD, ADHD, food sensitivities, and what doctors called the onset of fibromyalgia. For years, I searched for answers through therapy, medications, natural supports, and countless modalities. I found things that were helpful, yet it was a confusing road to navigate.
All while carrying the weight of generational patterns and a culture that taught me to ignore my body and just push through.
Eventually, I found somatic practices, and while they changed everything, it didn’t happen overnight. At first, it all felt vague, ambiguous and hard to trust. I didn’t know where to begin.
That’s why I created the Nervous System Audit, to offer you what I wish I had:
A space to be in conversation, to be vulnerable, to gain insight, to find some clarity.
A grounded, compassionate way to discover a clear and aligned starting point.
Because you shouldn’t have to do this alone.
And you definitely shouldn’t have to guess your way through healing.
