In this 4-hour in-person class, you’ll be guided through 8 somatic exercises designed to de-activate the stress, tension, and body pain your musculoskeletal system is holding onto that’s keeping you stuck in nervous system dysregulation so that you can find ease and softness in your mind and body again.

COURSE DETAILS:
✅ You will learn 8 clinical somatic exercises that use pandiculation to release long-held musculoskeletal holding patterns
✅ You will receive access to my online portal (including the app) in your welcome email
✅ After class, you will have access to audio and video demonstrations of the exercises to use for your at-home practice
✅ You will be encouraged to practice the exercises for about 10-20min each day for the next 2 months for best results
✅ Online audios are for in-person attendees only (If you do not attend the in-person sessions, you will not have access to the online recordings)
What this class is NOT
With the rise of somatic awareness in the fitness and well-being landscapes, there are many interpretations and expressions of somatic work. All have their benefits, but not all somatic expressions are the same.
I want to clarify that this specific class will NOT include somatic practices such as
- shaking
- Tremoring
- or large expressive movements or breathworks designed for emotional catharsis.
Instead, we will focus on slow, gentle and intentional contractions and releases of muscle groups that are stuck in chronic holding patterns.
While this may bring up emotional responses, the goal is not to force emotional release but rather to create space for ease, awareness, and connection within your musculoskeletal system and body.

Hey, I’m Nancy!
I'm a somatic exercise practitioner. I help women reconnect with and feel good again in their bodies through nervous system-supportive practices.
I know what it’s like to live with chronic pain, fatigue, and all the weird symptoms that come with high muscle tension, such as jaw clenching, eye twitching, muscle cramps (including brutal period pain), fatigue, overwhelmed, and feeling like you just can’t relax. A few years ago, my doctor even told me I had the onset of fibromyalgia. Back then, a fitness routine felt impossible for me.
But somatic exercises helped get my body back on track. Today, I no longer live with chronic pain. I have more energy and more ease, and believe it or not, I now teach a variety of fitness classes. That’s something I never imagined would be part of my reality.
